Sell a bare ownership of a property allows the seller to retain the usufruct thereof. The seller/tenant for life, for the duration of the usufruct, has the possibility to live or rent out the property, with the only limit of not changing the intended use. The usufruct, in most common cases, lapses or contractually agreed deadline, or death of the usufructuary. In this way the bare ownership and usufruct are reunited and the bare owner may begin to have and enjoy the property.
